Project52 works in close partnership with Troax, one of Europe ’s leading manufactures of steel partitioning products, to provide our Customers with a full support service from the initial enquiry through to final installation.

All partition systems are effectively designed to suit the specific end-user and site requirements. Within the scope of the products, there are no restrictions in terms of size, shape and height. All partitions can be supplied with multiple tiers if required.

Excalibur ~ a re-locatable, high quality, cost effective, double skin system to include hidden cable management and sound reduction capability, which can also be supplied in a fully fire rated version to BS 476 Part 22 1987.

Partitions are flush both sides with a choice of timber/steel doors and double glazing with blinds with multi-tier option. Available in selected powder coated colours with a full range of proprietary suspended ceilings, this versatile and attractive system will suit commercial, office and factory applications alike.

Broadsword ~ an exceptionally strong and durable, single skin partitioning system mounted on steel angle frame work, designed for heavy duty industrial applications, where secure storage and protective screening are a prime requirement. Choice of panels includes full steel, mesh, expanded sheet, glass and derivatives which can be multi-tiered. The system is demountable to meet the needs of a dynamic work space.

Sabre ~ a re-locatable, medium duty, single skin system, with a durable pressed steel frame work, designed for a variety of applications within a warehouse or factory environment, where appearance is important but without the extra cost of a double skin system. Choice of panels, include full steel, mesh, glass doors, hatchways and other derivatives. Typical applications are work enclosures, dust proofing and environmental control, which can be multi-tiered.

Sabre Lite ~ with a shortened install time, Sabre Lite offers an economical alternative to the standard Sabre system, whilst still maintaining the same high qualities. The system is a re-locatable, single skin system, designed for a variety of medium duty applications within a warehouse or factory environment, again where appearance is important but without the extra cost of a double skin system. Choice of panels, include full steel, mesh, glass doors, hatchways and other derivatives. The system can be multi-tiered if required.

Toledo CR-2 Clean Room ~ used in conjunction with correct air handling and HVAC systems, this a high quality, double skin partition system is ideal for working towards an ISO 14644-1 class 6 Clean Room environment. The systems features minimal joints, flush glazing, covered skirting, etc., combined with a ceiling formed from a single line junction panel. Optional finishes include anti-static/electro dissipative and antimicrobial powder coatings.

Anti Collapse Mesh Safety System ~ a cost effective method to reduce the danger of stored goods accidentally falling from pallet racks into the walkways below. These fully welded mesh protection screens are easily installed in a ‘brick pattern’, using brackets that bolt directly to the rear uprights of pallet racking. These items feature a dual attachment to prevent removal of the screen unless the fixing bolts are purposely removed. The shelves are finished in a tough grey lacquer, but can also be supplied in other RAL colours or galvanised for external applications.

Safety Mesh Shelving System ~ tailored to suit your individual pallet rack dimensions and loads, this modular range of mesh shelving protects the storage levels below from collapse of weak or incorrectly alignment pallets above. They provide excellent ventilation of stored products as well as a dust free surface and are recommended by Fire Authorities and insurance companies for premises with installed sprinkler systems. The shelves are finished in a tough grey lacquer, but can also be supplied in other RAL colours or hot galvanised for external applications on request.

Safe Fix ~ is a high quality, robust and reliable fixed machine guard system designed for hostile environments. The range of support posts and panels enables the system to be easily adapted to meet most applications and space restraints. The range of panels include mesh, sound absorbent, solid sheet steel and polycarbonate panels, as well as modules with openings and UV windows for welding work, which can be combined to provide a hybrid solution. Standard finish is in black or grey, other RAL colours or hot galvanised available on request.

Rapid Fix ~ is a high quality, robust and flexible machine guard system, specifically designed to reduce down time when machine guarding has to be removed for service reasons. Single or multiple panels are easily removed in minutes by an operative, by means of a secure key-lock system integrated in to each guard panel. In addition to mesh panels, sound absorbent, solid sheet steel and polycarbonate panels, as well as modules with openings and UV windows for welding work are also available. Standard finish is in grey, other RAL colours available on request. The system fulfils current machine safety standards EN-953 and EN-292.

Safe Lock ~ is a purpose designed, flexible, machine interlocking system, complying with the entire spectrum of door locking and safety standards defined in the European Machine Directive 98/37 together with EN 1088 and EN 954-1 categories of safety levels B, plus 1 to 4. Supplied preassembled and easy to install, the Safe Lock can be used on both swing and sliding doors, combined with our range of machine guard systems to provide a complete solution.

Cage Boxes ~ a range of modular, mesh cage boxes for safe storage of hazardous materials and IS9000 segregation of materials are available in a variety of sizes, to include roof and single or double door entry with a padlock facility.

Security Cages ~ fabricated in steel angle and 25 x25mm weld mesh, these all welded heavy duty cages are designed to securely store both hazardous and valuable materials.

Available in five sizes with single and double doors and a padlock facility, they are fitted with cranage eyes to enable safe lifting, have a load capacity of 500kg UDL and are CE certified. Mobile versions are also available fitted with 4 x 100mm, 2 braked nylon swivel castors. Finished in stove enamel yellow or galavanised frame with yellow stove enamel doors.
