  Product Finish



The factory has recently invested in state of the art conveyor fed new powder coating facility. All workbench products are finished in a hard wearing anti-bacterial Premiershield powder coating, where indicated, containing active silver ions that penetrate the bacteria cell walls inhibiting bacterial growth. It is *effective against both gram negative and gram positive bacteria.

Premiershield is effective for the life of the coating and recommended as an aid to good hygiene practices, not as a replacement. Products coated in Premiershield are ideal for all sectors where humans come into direct contact with the product and especially in those difficult to clean areas.

*Independent testing revealed a % CFU reduction of 99.98 to 99.99 for Bacteria tested Staphylococcus Aureus (MRS Listeria Monocytogenes A), Escherichia Coli (E-Coli), Pseudomonas Aeruginosa, Bacillus Subtilis and Salmonella Enteritidis.

Underbench Cabinets, Drawers & Product Finishes

All PREMIER cabinets secured by semi-flush fit locking handle and come complete with perforated tool panel and adjustable height shelf. All drawers are pre-prepared to accommodate drop in dividers and are mounted on precision ball bearing telescopic slides with a load capacity of 40kg UDL. All cabinet doors and drawers are finished in epoxy polyester anti-bacterial powder coat in a choice of colours.

Lighting units
Designed for us with TPH workbenches, these lighting units have flicker-free electronic light ignition using energy saving long-life tubes. Light output is therefore unaffected by fluctuations in voltage and suitable for use with moving machinery. The silver grey class IP20 enclosure has an anti-dazzle, aluminium louver screen, angle adjustment and is fitted with a 3m cable and 13A moulded plug.

  Packing Station

Purpose designed packing station to enable the efficient and controlled handling of goods prior to despatch. The worktops have a 300mm overhang which can be set to the right or left hand side during assembly. Supplied complete with upper and lower packing material roll dispenser bars and sectioned carton storage above. Full width packing material cutter option, together with a range of other accessories available. Supplied as flat-pack.

Lighting units
Designed for us with TPH workbenches, these lighting units have flicker-free electronic light ignition using energy saving long-life tubes. Light output is therefore unaffected by fluctuations in voltage and suitable for use with moving machinery. The silver grey class IP20 enclosure has an anti-dazzle, aluminium louver screen, angle adjustment and is fitted with a 3m cable and 13A moulded plug.
